Author's monogram on the imprint in the lower left corner. Ivan Nikolaevich Pavlov (1872 - 1951) - engraver and painter. Studied at the Art Academy of Baron Stieglitz and the Drawing School of the Department of Artists, the workshop of V. V. Mate (1891 - 1892) in St. Petersburg. In 1917 - 1922. taught at VKHUTEMAS. Member of the Academy of Arts since 1925. Full member of the Academy of Arts of the USSR since 1947.
