Stepanov Vladimir

Vladimir Grigorievich Stepanov (born in 1951). Graphic artist, cartoonist, member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR, Russia since 1989, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR, Russia since 1990, participant of numerous domestic and foreign exhibitions, one of the founders of the Caricaturum - the international cartoon festival held in Surgut. Received 30 awards and prizes. In 1968 - 1974 he studied at the Novosibirsk State Electrotechnical Institute. Since 1978, he worked in the editorial offices of Novosibirsk newspapers and magazines Evening Novosibirsk, Soviet Siberia, Earth Siberia, and Continent-Siberia. His works are in the Museum of Modern Art in Tehran (Iran), in the museum of caricature in Warsaw (Poland), in the museum of caricature in Gabrovo (Bulgaria), in various foundations, institutes and private collections.
